Free introductory lesson

Your first lesson is free. If you decide not to continue, you pay nothing and no refund request is needed.

Cancelling

Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. You keep your lessons until the end of the month you have paid for.

When we always refund

You were charged after a valid cancellation request made before the billing date.
A duplicate or incorrect charge was made.

When we consider a partial refund

A tutor could not deliver lessons and we could not provide a replacement.
Serious illness, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances.

When we do not refund

Lessons missed without at least 24 hours' notice.
A change of mind after lessons have been delivered as agreed.
Exam or test results.

How to ask for a refund

Email websink.site@gmail.com with your name, the reason, and the amount and date of the payment. We reply within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
